The newly published directory of registered property receivers lists members of the voluntary Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme, set up jointly by RICS, the Insolvency Practitioners Association and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. The activities of members of the scheme will all be overseen by a joint registration committee.
