The British Art Market Federation chairman Anthony Browne has revealed that the UK government intends to vote against the "droit de suite" - the artists resale levy, when the European Union holds its final vote on the measure. The UK Prime Minister's stance will serve to "keep the door open" for future debate on the issue.
