The Engineering Construction Industry Association has warned that engineering firms are experiencing a significant downturn in activity levels. The Association's Chief Executive has also warned that contractors continue to face considerable uncertainty regarding their obligations under the Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (Tupe) regulations.
