New Scots housing legislation

The Housing (Scotland) Bill has been passed by the Scottish Parliament and should become law later in the year. The Bill contains provisions for improved tenant rights which include a single tenancy for all tenants of social landlords, new rights of succession to tenancies and new rights to information and involvement in landlord decisions.
