An extension of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme will see project managers and site supervisors demonstrating their competence and awareness of health and safety issues on site. Up until 17 June 2004 proof of competence can be gained through industry accreditation and passing a health and safety test. After this date entrants will have to pass the relevant level of NVQ.
