The latest "CBI/GVA Grimley Survey of Property Trends" indicates a slowdown in occupier demand for property; 29% of companies increased their property holdings in the last six months, a drop from 37% in the previous six month period. Concerns about the economy have driven companies to cut back on expansion plans.
