Suggests that the risks associated with construction projects can be better quantified by integrating range estimating and probabilistic scheduling, also known as probabilistic estimating and stochastic scheduling, using the empirical cumulative density function technique (ECDF), a graphically based technique which does not require assumptions about the underlying data distributions.
