Considers the case of "Mowan v Wandsworth LBC" in which the claimant alleged that a landlord was responsible for a tenant's nuisance behaviour. It was found that a landlord is not liable for an unauthorised nuisance and that a landlord's limited liability in this respect is not an infringement of human rights.
