The winner was developer Derwent Valley Holdings and architect Richard Rogers Partnership for the Broadwick House scheme, W1. Four commendations were awarded to the Argent Group for Brindleyplace, Birmingham; the Birmingham Mailbox for the Mailbox refurbishment; the Peabody Trust for its social housing schemes; and MBE Homes for Fashion and Pattern Streets, E1 and EC1.
