Observes that in business tenancies landlords may have to compromise between their need to control occupancy with the tenant's need to operate their business. Where a property is shared with a business associate or a group company the landlord should ensure that the occupation only continues as long as the business venture continues or the tenant company remains within the group and that any permitted sharing arrangement does not give rise to the grant of a tenancy.
