Frustration as code of practice delayed - 2001 - Farmers' Weekly 135(4) 27 July 2001, 10(1) .

A code of practice drawn up to to regulate the relationship between farmers and supermarkets appears to have become delayed since being sent to the DTI by the OFT. The code was recommended after the Competition Commission ruled the relationship between supermarkets and farmers was distorting the market.
