Paragon Mortgages have launched a quarterly survey profiling buy to let landlords, believing that Britain is now a country of landlords rather than shopkeepers. The aim of the survey, "The Paragon Mortgages Property Investor Confidence Tracking Index (PICT)", is to study the role of the investment landlord in country's economy.
