New code of practice on commercial leases - 2001 - DTLR News Release (347) 31 July 2001, (2) .

The Property Industry Forum have agreed to demands by Regeneration Minister, Sally Keeble, to formulate a voluntary code on flexible commercial leases. The Forum have agreed to work to a strict timetable of self-regulation and to a set criteria. Issues to be looked at are upward only rent reviews and guidance for small businesses.
