The results of a Property Litigation Association survey of its members indicate that the service provided to the property industry by county courts in England and Wales is often unsatisfactory. The main findings reveal a wide disparity in communications throughout the whole country, county court staff have little understanding of the needs of property litigation and that the response times involved in the litigation process are too slow. Concludes with a look at future plans for reform.
