The National Association of Esate Agents (NAEA) stresses the importance for estate agents to discusses with clients the possibility of selling property by auction. Recent cases have shown that estate agents are liable for failure of duty of care and best advice if it transpires that a better price or a faster sale could have been agreed at auction.
