Anticipating a slowdown in house price inflation and lending growth in 2002, the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has issued revised housing market forecasts. While predicting a rise of 11% in house prices by the end of 2001, in 2002 and 2003 it anticipates rises of 3% pa.
