A landmark planning decision for Denvale Trade Parks, the joint venture between property investor Denvale and Mowlem, gives them blanket planning consent for all of its trade parks, allowing up to 25% of the floorspace to be used for 'ancillary retail' The landmark decision will pave the way for specialist trade parks to emerge as a new hybrid form of retail.
