The Registered Social Landlord (RSL) sector is poised to rapidly overtake local authority housing in size. In the light of this imminent development discusses the arguments for and against providing RSLs with legal powers to deal with antisocial tenants, by allowing them to apply to magistrates for antisocial behaviour orders.
