Property solicitors campaign to overhaul county courts - 2001 - Law Society's Gazette 98(39) 11 October 2001, 8(1) .

Representatives of the Property Litigation Association (PLA) are acting on the results of a survey which showed the poor quality of service provided by county courts. They have won the support of two senior judges and have plans for a pilot to tackle the worst county court, Central London County Court.
