Listed status for trophy designs

Listed status for trophy designs - 2001 - Property Week 66(41) 12 October 2001, 8(1) .

The Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) is calling for unbuilt schemes by so-called trophy architects such as Lord Foster and Lord Rogers to be given the same protection as listed buildings. The intention is to prevent developers from switching to lesser-known practices once planning consent is won.
