A new report , "Culture Shock" from management consultancy Bourton Group says that UK industry is a lot healthier due to continuous improvement, but is still falling below the best international standards. For the first time in the 13-year history of the survey that tracks industrial trends and attitudes, none of the 180 UK companies rates itself as 'first class'.
