Illustrates that global claims guidance has not changed significantly since "Wharf Properties Ltd v Eric Cumine Associates" (1991), and highlights that while it is usually a requirement to prove the link between claim events and their impact on delay and disruption, the financial effects can occasionally be presented upon a global basis.
