The pan-industry Commercial leases Joint Working Group has submitted its agreed recommendation to the government on rent reviews for the new code of practice on Commercial leases. The Minister has undertaken to provide an early indication on whether this recommendation meets the requirement to improve flexibility and choice in the market.
