The Institution of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV) is challenging RICS' hold on accreditation for valuers in the UK, with plans to apply to TEGoVA to become the UK representative for valuers across Europe. IRRV's move will allow surveyors to conduct valuations in Germany, the Czech Republic and Belgium. RICS has put its full support behind the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
