- 2001
- Housing Today (259) 8 November 2001, 4(1) .
A report by the European Policy Forum (EPF) attacks British housing as expensive, badly built and poorly designed and calls for the creation of private associations to tackle Britain's worst housing areas. The report recommends the provision of housing for sale or private rental rather than focusing on building housing estates and suggests that greenbelt land be cut back for new housing development. "Britain's unsolved housing dilemma" is available from EPF, £20. Tel: 020 7839 7565.
