Local flood warning plans can be access via the Environment Agency's web site at: http://www.environment-agency.gov.uk The second article sets out a checklist of flooding best practice produced by the Flooding and coastal erosion group. The list is mainly for surveyors undertaking residential surveys, but could also be useful for building control officers. The final article outlines the recently published RICS report "Flooding : issues of concern for chartered surveyors"
