Technical membership of the RICS (TechRICS) is now open to those who have achieved their National Vocational Qualifications through the Property, Architecture and Construction Services scheme, and the first set of RICS candidates have reached this stage. The TechRICS designation was introduced three years ago to accredit those members who wished to focus on specific technical aspects of surveying.
