Over 80% of public bodies believe they are achieving satisfactory or better value for money for their PFI contracts, according to a National Audit Office report. The first major survey of central government PFI projects in progress found that 6% of public bodies feel they are obtaining excellent value for money form PFI, 46% good value, and 29% satisfactory value.
