Jones Lang LaSalle's "New Year Money" report suggests that statistical quirks and rounding conversion figures could lead to overvaluations in the European property market. Analysts warn that the practice of rounding currencies up or down to the nearest euro could raise commercial property rental prices by around 3% overnight.
