RICS has announced that its first set of candidates have achieved their NVQs through the Property, Architecture and Construction Services NVQ Assessment Centre. Most of these candidates are now proceeding to the final assessment of the Assessment of Technical Competence and will shortly become TechRICS members of the RICS.
