BCIS has announced improvements to its Quarterly Review of Building Prices, which now includes more building categories, such as leisure facilities and animal facilities. In addition, pricing adjustment factors for Key Performance Indicators are now included. Improvements to the BCIS Online service mean that more surveying students will now be able to access it.
