Three industry reports, Euroconstruct, Construction Forecasting and Research and Consumer Products Association, agree that construction growth in Britain will decline as a result on the global slowdown. The reports support an RICS survey on construction activity. However forecasters believe government spending will protect construction from the worst of the slowdown.
