Leasehold Enfranchisement Association is angered by second reading of Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill. The bill which makes enfranchisement easier for both leaseholders of flats and houses has been attacked as it will only be applicable to new properties and properties where all the leaseholders vote for commonhold.
