Meadowhall, the top performing out-of-town centre in the Property Managers Association/DTZ Debenham Thorpe index of trading locations, has reached an agreement with Sears and Burtons who occupy 20% of the lettable space in the centre to switch from the traditional leasing structure based on leased space to turnover rents of individual shops.
