A report from King Sturge claims that offices in London's West End are still the most expensive to occupy in the world. The "Global Industrial and Office Rents Survey" shows that although occupational costs fell 9% in the past six months, prime space still costs $145.98 per sq ft (£102.50 per sq ft). Hong Kong has the second most expensive office space at $122.33 (£85.80) per sq ft. The cheapest office locations of the 58 surveyed were Lille, Strasbourg and Kuala Lumpur.
