A study commissioned by the RICSregeneration panel reveals that regional development agencies (RDAs) are not giving priority to gap funds, with only one RDA advertising availability of the funds. The study by Hewdon Consulting forms part of the RICS submission to an inquiry by MPs on the DTLR committee on the effectiveness of funding schemes agreed with the EU.
