CB Hillier Parker is launching its first limited partnership with Irish affiliate Hamilton Osbourne King in the Strategic Partners UK fund. To launch the fund CB Hillier Parker has bought a portfolio of seven buildings from CIT for £21m, which should achieve an end-value of over £150m. CB Hillier Parker Investors will manage the fund and is looking for backing from institutions.
