Office of fair trading bans estate agent Lee Dale Patterson from estate agency work. This demonstrates the willingness of the OFT to use its powers when there is evidence demonstrating that someone is unfit to be an estate agent. Mr Patterson had been convicted at Northampton Crown Court in November 1999 of an offence of conspiracy to defraud.
