MOD is seeking developers for its private sector property deal for troop accommodation. This will cost around £1bn and include major firms such as Drivers Jonas and Bovis Lend Lease. It is a public/private partnership and will cover the development of new technical, administrative and domestic buildings at army barracks in Aldershot and Salisbury Plain.
