A reminder of the case "Harlingdon & Leinster Enterprises Ltd v Christopher Hull Fine Art Ltd" CA 1989, which still has implications for fine arts professionals. The judge ruled that the buyer must be able to rely on the seller's description when making a purchase as it was held to influence the buyer's decision to buy.
