Comments on the case of "Scottish Equitable Plc v Miller Construction Ltd" where the issue of application of limitation or prescription periods in claims for breach of contract was taken to arbitration. The resulting judgment decided that where a claim is for the monies due under a contract, the limitation period will not normally begin to run until the last interim payment certificate has been issued.
