CA 20 February 2002. "O'Connor and others v Old Etonian Housing Association Ltd". Tenants (C) and others brought a claim for damages against landlord (O) for breach of contractual obligations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 s11(1)(b) for failing to install a pump in order to increase water pressure. CA reversed HC decision which had ruled in favour of (C). CA allowed landlord's appeal.
