Revised new rent notices for Assured Periodic Tenancies

From 20 February 2002, both registered social landlord and private landlords will be able to take advantage of a new statutory form of Landlords Notice for rent reviews under an Assured Periodic Tenancy. Existing forms will be revoked from 20 June 2002 although they can be used throughout the four month overlap period.
