Gives advice on how to enforce an arbitration award in a case where the state-owned corporation has no assets outside mainland China. PRC foreign exchange law can provide an excuse for the defeated company to refuse to comply voluntarily with an award. Recommends that due regard is given to time, and suggests various solutions to this situation.
