London's South Bank University's Centre for Surveying is introducing a new higher national certificate (HNC) in residential surveying in anticipation of the Sellers' Information Pack becoming law. The course will cover the skills needed to conduct mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and the home condition report (HCR), with background studies in law, town planning and finance.
