A survey by property portal Fish4 indicates that the buy-to-let market in areas of London and the South East is close to saturation and advises investors to be cautious. However, the survey which questioned 300 estate agents across the UK identified Manchester, Sevenoaks and Grantham as growth areas in the buy-to-let market. http://www.fish4.co.uk
