Drivers Jonas and King Sturge have threatened to withdraw from the social housing stock transfers market because rivals FPDSavills and DTZ have secured 16 of the 17 contracts tendered in 2000-2001 by charging £1 per valuation. The agents have accused their competitors of creating a duopoly by pushing fees down to 'silly prices'.
