Radical proposals, outlining new powers for social landlords to crack down on anti-social behaviour by tenants, are launched. A three-month consultation"'Tackling Anti-social Tenants" cites eviction, prevention and rehabilitation as fundamental to stopping offensive and destructive behaviour.
