Bulky goods retailers rents have increased by almost 50% at leading retail parks. SCS Upholstery have set levels at around £35 per sq ft with 2 deals including one at Solihull Retail Park where the furniture retailer has agreed to take 9026 sq ft from Standard Life at £32 per sq ft.
