According to a report "London View" due to be published next week by Cluttons, central London rents have fallen for the sixth month in succession. The report shows that the rate of negative rental growth has slowed from 5.4% in the three months to 1 December , to 2.3%. Rental values are now 5.2% lower than this time a year ago.
